Delete your account

You can delete your Ceaseless Mind account and everything stored with it. This page covers both ways to do that.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, permanently:

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Every campaign you have played: your characters, the actions you took, the narration generated for you, and how far through each book you were.
• Your notification settings, device tokens, and the record of what was sent to you.
• Any notes, goals or other content you created in the app.

Two things are kept, and only because we are required to keep them. Records of any subscription payments are retained for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and short-lived operational logs expire on their own schedule. Neither is used for anything else.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a Bex Premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us, and we cannot cancel one on your behalf. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before deleting, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.

Request deletion

Enter the email address on the account. We will check that the request genuinely comes from the account holder before deleting anything, and we will reply to that address either way. Requests are handled within 30 days and usually much sooner.
